The company began its operations under the name CHP "EL-TECH" as an elevator installation organization.

2018

The SPACE-S brand was created, under which the import of elevators from China started.

2020

The company became the exclusive distributor of the prestigious South Korean brand SIGMA in Uzbekistan.

2021

The process of localizing elevator production in Uzbekistan was launched.

2023

The factory's production capacity was doubled, allowing for increased production volumes.

2024

The total number of installed elevators reached 1500 units.
